Videonale e.V. takes the privacy and thus the protection of your personal data very seriously. We are happy to inform you about the way your personal data is processed in our organisation.

The provision of your data is required for establishing and maintaining contact. The provision of this data is voluntary on your part. However, without it we cannot process your request.

The data that you provide us, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, is processed internally. The legality (legal basis) for the processing of your data results from the way of processing (in accordance with Chapter. 2, Art. 5 DS-GVO paragraph. 1 suppara a).

Your information will only be stored by us for as long as it is necessary to provide the service to you. Subsequently, this data will be deleted if there are no other legal obligations for retaining the data.

You have the right to information about your personal data stored by us at any time. Also, we will correct your data according to your preference should there be errors in storage. Of course, at your request, we will also delete all of your personal data provided that we do not have to comply with statutory retention requirements. For these cases, we will restrict your data for further processing so that it can no longer be used.

Furthermore, you have a right to object to the further processing of your data and the right to receive your data in electronic form.

Newsletter
If you want to subscribe to the newsletter offered on our website, it is sufficient to provide us with your email-address, first name and last name. This information will only be used to personalize the newsletter. Further data will not be processed. These data will exclusively be used for the mailing of our newsletter and will not be forwarded to third parties.
The subscription to our newsletter is made in a so-called Double-Opt-In-process, i.e. after submitting your Email for subscription you will be asked to confirm your subscription by activating a link sent to you by email. This confirmation is necessary to make sure that noody subscribes with a third-party contact.
We use rapidmail to send your newsletters. Your data is therefore transmitted to rapidmail GmbH. It is prohibited to rapidmail GmbH to use your data for other purposes than the mailing of our newsletter. rapidmail GmbH is not allowed to forward or sell your data. rapidmail is a certified German Newsletter Software service provider, which was chosen in accordance with the DSGVO and the BDSG.
The given approval to store your data, Email contact and to use it for the delivery of our newsletter as well as the subscription to our newsletter can be retracted at any time by activating the „unsubscribe“-link in our newsletter or by writing an Email to hammelmann@videonale.org.
Google Analytics
This website uses functions oft he web analyst Google Analytics. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so called „Cookies“. Cookies are text files which are saved on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie are normally processed to and saved at a server of Google in the USA.
